I have noticed a tendency to impose rather than dialogue, to try to force certain decisions, which is outside the context of good commercial practice. I have been observing this inexplicable process for four years now. It is strange to create a product for its own sake and without taking into consideration the reactions that might arise. In developing a new product, it is imperative that marketing and psychology specialists are on the team so that the target group identified can be covered.

In this case, it is inexplicable to me what and which is the group in question. At the heart of every product development is a target group.
